Whoa!
All I can say is that I’ve expected worse. They’re quite alright for a first lineup… no one looks like Harugon though 
To add to the good news, apparently there’s a Japanese nationality among the 28 girls that goes by the name of Rena Nozawa. She’s not exactly an oshimen candidate (for me) but so does Tomomi Kasai (for me) in the beginning.
Well, they’re expected to debut next month (December 2011) so… let’s cross our fingers and hope that their first single ever can reflect the quality of their sister group(s) in Japan.

Short History:
The formation of JKT48 was first announced on September 11, 2011 at an AKB48 event held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba. The interview for new applicants will take place in late September, with the final audition for the finalist being held on October 8-9, 2011. The members will be announced on October of 2011.
